Shipping policy

Every piece is engraved to order. Engraving takes about 7 business days, and shipping takes another 5–7 business days, so plan on roughly 2 weeks from order to delivery. Need it sooner for a gift? Email Leslie@jeannaveline.com and we'll see what we can do.
